|Are you having trouble downloading artwork kits that you have already purchased?
STEP 1. The Receipt. When you purchase one or more artwork kits from our store, we email you a receipt. This receipt contains a download link for each of the kits you purchased. If you didn't receive this receipt, we recommend that you check your Junk mailbox or filter in case it's there. If you still can't find the receipt, please contact us as described below.
STEP 2. Download Links. Click a download link in your receipt, your web browser will open and start downloading the kit. If you have a slow or unreliable internet connection, we recommend that you only download one kit at a time.
STEP 3. Expired Error. You have 72 hours and 3 tries to download a kit or else you'll be told be told the kit is expired (this is done to protect against piracy). If you're told the kit is expired, but you're sure that it isn't, then you need to reset your web browser's cache as described below.
STEP 4. Access Denied Error. If you see an access denied error message in your web browser after you click a download link, then you need to reset your web browser's cache as described below.
STEP 5. Reset Cache. Sometimes a partial download or other problem will cause strange behaviors in your web browser's cache. The solution is simple: reset your web browser's cache. If you're using Safari prior to Mountain Lion, choose Safari > Empty Cache. If you're using Safari after Mountain Lion, choose Safari > Preferences > Advanced; select the "Show Develop menu in menu bar" check box button; choose Develop > Empty Caches. If you're using Firefox choose Firefox > Preferences > Network; click Clear Now in the Offline Storage section.
STEP 6. Try Again. Once you've reset your web browser's cache, click the download link for the kit in your original email receipt. It should download successfully now. If you still have problems, please contact us as described below.
|How do I contact Customer Service?
You can contact Customer Service at any time via email. We answer inquiries during regular business hours (8 AM to 5 PM Mountain Standard Time) from Monday thru Friday. We do not answer questions on weekends or on most major U.S. holidays. We strive to answer questions within 24 hours, but it can take longer during heavier volumes, so we like to ask customers to give us 72 hours. Note: we do all of our customer service via email so there isn't a phone number to call. You may contact us at the following email address:
IMPORTANT NOTE: please make sure you check your Junk mailbox for our reply if you don't see it in your In mailbox.
